Rein-CARNAtion isn’t your typical Sunday brunch

Carna’s meat-driven menu honours the traditions of butchery, whereby all cuts of meat are used for consumption and nothing is wasted, in an experience accompanied by solid service, sky-high views and a vibrant dining room setting.

Continuing its reputation for exceptional dining experiences, the FACT award-winning restaurant celebrates the weekend with a unique spin on the traditional Sunday roast. Appropriately dubbed as the ‘Rein-CARNAtion’, the weekly soiree embraces Dario’s philosophy of family and friends sharing food. Available every Sunday, the menu features all of your traditional Sunday lunchtime favourites, including prawn cocktail salad, smoked salmon, and melon with bresaola.

A selection of tempting main courses follows the sumptuous starters. Here, guests can tuck into beef rump roast, Francesina pie (prepared with veal belly, beef cheek, heirloom carrots and truffle) or grilled mushroom steak featuring marinated portobello, cherry tomato and garlic confit. 

Ensure you save room for dessert because Carna’s tempting treats are not to be missed! Expect traditional panettone pudding, trifle, pineapple cake and Eton mess. 

When it comes to beverages, various concoctions, fresh juices and smoothies are available at the beverage station.

The Rein-CARNAtion Roast is available on Sundays, from 1pm to 4pm. AED 295 (soft beverages), AED 395 (house beverages) and AED 525 (premium beverages). Children under twelve dine for free.
