Final acts confirmed for Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024

Peggy Gou and Teddy Swims will take the Etihad Park stage this December.


It’s that time of year again. The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024 is turning up the volume, and we are buzzing with excitement because the Yasalam After-Race Concert Series has announced the final international artists for this year’s race weekend.

Multi-platinum American artist Teddy Swims and South Korean DJ Peggy Gou will kick things off on Thursday, 5 December.

Teddy Swims is a rising star in the R&B and country-pop scene. Known for his soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics, Swims began his music career in 2019 by posting cover songs on YouTube. He gained widespread recognition with his breakout multi-platinum single, “Lose Control,” which became his first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Following the success of that smash hit, he released his debut studio album, I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1), which includes the fan-favourite track “The Door.” Most recently, Swims dropped his highly anticipated new single, “Bad Dreams.”

Peggy Gou is a DJ from Incheon, South Korea. As a child, she began classical piano lessons. A friend taught her to DJ, and she started her career in East London. Her hit songs include “1+1=11,  ” “(It Goes Like) Nanana,” “Starry Night,” and “I Believe in Love Again,” a collaboration with Lenny KravitzPlus, she launched her own fashion label, Kirin, and record label, Ninja Tune and Phonica. She last performed in the capital as part of the Louvre Abu Dhabi’s Masquerade Festival in April 2024.

This year’s shows will see Maroon 5 perform on 6 December, rapper Eminem will take to the stage on 7 December, and English rock sensations Muse will close out this year’s race weekend on 8 December.

Access to the Yasalam After-Race Concerts is exclusively for Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024 ticket holders. General admission tickets start at AED 750, grandstand tickets start at AED 1,625, and hospitality tickets start at AED 1,375.
