Q-East brings a food hall, luxury cinema and Japanese restaurant to Al Quoz

Dubai is home to dazzling developments. Now, the latest area to cause a buzz is Q-East in Al Quoz. The area is set to welcome luxury homes, a cinema, a fitness and wellness centre, and a Japanese dining experience. So, if you’re looking for a new place in the city, here’s what you need to know. 

The real estate company Alphabeta Properties is behind Q-East. The company’s flagship development aims to revolutionise Al Quoz. The project will bring together residential, commercial, and retail spaces. The site will include 17 penthouses available for rent. Each penthouse offers a luxurious lifestyle, and feature a private pool. 

So far, 12 concepts have been confirmed, which include a fitness and wellness centre, luxury cinema, boutique bistro, and an immersive Japanese dining experience. Plus, there will be a food hall, podcast recording studio, and event hall. The details of the restaurants have not yet been confirmed, but are currently under development. 

Alphabeta Properties was founded by Emirati entrepreneur, Abdulla Al Shaibani. The company aims to bring a contemporary and aesthetically driven approach to property development. He explained: “Al Quoz is on the brink of a transformation, and Q-East is leading the charge. With this development, we are not only redefining the real estate offerings in Al Quoz but also contributing to the evolution of Dubai’s urban landscape. Q-East is a testament to our commitment to innovation, quality, and community.”
