Fashion and food have often come together to create a chic collaboration. Now, the streetwear brand amongst few and DJ and creative consultant Parvane Barret are hosting a special dinner. Away From Home – with Parvané Barret takes place on Sunday, 27 October, and tickets are available now.

Away From Home – with Parvane Barret takes place at amongst few’s store in Dubai’s Al Wasl neighbourhood. Guests are invited to enjoy a specially prepared Persian meal. Superb for sharing, it will showcase Parvané’s background through the form of food and music. The experience aims to emulate the warmth of a family meal.   

amongst few is a homegrown brand. The company has been running for 10 years, and prides itself on offering premium streetwear. In 2014, it was launched in the UAE by the friends Flo Moser, Khalid Bin Hadher and Mike Taylor. Since then, it has created a cult following (and is loved by FACT’s Editor-in-Chief), not just for its clothing but lifestyle offerings.

To mark their decade-long milestone, amongst few has dropped a new capsule collection titled Anniversary QS. The collection follows the theme of Sticky Situations: Always Ready for Anything, which aims to prepare you for whatever life throws your way. Prices for the Anniversary QS collection start at AED 220 and go up to AED 510. The items are available both online and in-store on Al Wasl Road.

If you can’t make it to the Away From Home – with Parvane Barret dinner, amongst few has a cool café, which serves coffee and cakes. The menu includes breakfast dishes – banana pancakes, anyone? Plus, there is a barbershop for men.
