The Ritz-Carlton Reserve brings a regal retreat to Abu Dhabi

This will be the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the UAE and second in the Middle East.

The UAE’s hospitality scene is synonymous with luxury and Abu Dhabi is home to some of the world’s most magnificent hotels. From the grand Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental to the charming Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi, the capital is no stranger to world-class hospitality experiences. And now, it’s about to welcome another gem to its roster: The Ritz-Carlton Reserve Ramhan Island.

Located on Ramhan Island, This Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Abu Dhabi will be the first of its kind in the UAE, setting new standards for luxury experiences. This property promises an escape from the ordinary, offering breathtaking views of the pristine, turquoise waters of the capital.

The Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Abu Dhabi, which is yet to get a name, will feature 50 units. Scheduled to open in 2029, the property will consist of one, two, three and four-bedroom villas. Some of these will be floating water villas — similar to those found in Maldives and the recently opened Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Saudi Arabia. Dining destination and other amenities will also be a part of the hotel, details of which will be announced in due time.

Across the world, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve collection promises an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While it fosters a culture of human connection, it also introduces guests to the location’s culture, heritage and environment — which is why the properties are tucked away in exclusive corners of the world.

Currently, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve has a collection of only seven properties. These include resorts in China, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Thailand. Nujuma was the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve to open in the Middle East and is located in Saudi Arabia. And if FACT’s recent visit to Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is anything to go by, guests are in for an uber-luxe experience.

Other new hotels bound for the capital include Al Nawras Island, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Earth Mangroves Abu Dhabi, Mondrian Abu Dhabi, Nammos Resort Abu Dhabi and Nobu Hotel and Residences Abu Dhabi.
