Tuck into a dessert tasting menu

Brix Journey, the only fine dining dessert bar in Dubai has launched its new set menu, “The Silk Road.” The set menu offers an enchanting voyage through the rich culinary landscapes of China, India, Persia, Türkiye, Greece, and Italy, from the delicate garden of China with citrus notes infused with elderflower and pandan to the luxurious saffron caviar bites of Persia, and the indulgent sweets of Italy providing a perfect balance of rich chocolate and aromatic coffee. Complementing each course are carefully curated non-alcoholic drink pairings that enhance and elevate the flavours. Available on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 8pm (60-minute experience).

The Theatre of Digital Art has revealed the next instalment in its “Women’s Voices of the Middle East” series: an immersive tribute to Palestinian folklore. Long before chopsticks became synonymous with Japanese dining, using hands was a natural part of eating, just as it was in many cultures around the world. By embracing this tradition, Netsu’s limited-edition summer menu pays homage to a time-honoured way of enjoying meals that emphasize simplicity. Guests can look forward to Warayaki-style Japanese Oysters, Fried Chicken Bao Buns, and Wagyu Truffle Sandos. The menu will also feature Netsu’s famous Japanese Wagyu A5 Nigiri, served with foie gras and fresh black truffle, and a Spicy Tuna Temaki handroll. Available daily until 31 August.
