Long before chopsticks became synonymous with Japanese dining, using hands was a natural part of eating, just as it was in many cultures around the world. By embracing this tradition, Netsu’s limited-edition summer menu pays homage to a time-honoured way of enjoying meals that emphasize simplicity. Guests can look forward to Warayaki-style Japanese Oysters, Fried Chicken Bao Buns, and Wagyu Truffle Sandos. The menu will also feature Netsu’s famous Japanese Wagyu A5 Nigiri, served with foie gras and fresh black truffle, and a Spicy Tuna Temaki handroll. Available daily until 31 August.
