Zannier Hotels partners with Neom for an eco-resort in Zardun

This is the hospitality brand’s first foray in the Middle East.

Saudi Arabia is on a development spree, and one of the hottest spots right now is Neom. This eco-friendly destination is gearing up to welcome guests at its many sustainable resorts, and with that, another hospitality brand is making its debut in the region. Zannier Hotels is heading to Neom with Zannier Zardun.

Zannier Hotels prides itself in developing hotels that blend with their natural surroundings — a goal Neom has also been working towards. Zannier Zardun follows the same ethos, offering a tranquil retreat to those who like to be one with nature.

Located in Neom’s Zardun district within the Magna development, along the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba, Zannier Zardun will blend desert landscapes with lush greenery, flora, and fauna. The property will also feature oases designed to reintroduce native wildlife and foster the growth of indigenous plants and trees.

Zannier Zardun will feature 100 rooms and suites, spread across three signature buildings, each offering a unique experience. Expect to have views of the waters ahead or the mountains and hills — or both.

As you step into Zannier Zardun, you’ll be transported to an underground space that will open up to a 360-degree observation deck. This will allow you to soak in the vistas of Zardun, setting the tone for a serene stay ahead.

But there’s more than just relaxation on the agenda. You’ll also get a chance to engage in transformative experiences and educational programs focused on nature conservation and rewilding. Think of it like giving back to Earth. You can also enjoy a ton of adventurous and wellness activities such as trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, stargazing, meditation, yoga and much more.

Zannier Zardun not only marks Zannier Hotels’ debut property in Saudi Arabia but also its first venture in the entire Middle East. The hotel also has luxury properties in France, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Namibia.
