Everything we know about the soon-to-open Kaimana Beach in Dubai

J1 Beach will be home to the Polynesian concept.

A Polynesian concept is coming to Dubai. Set to open in 2024 on J1 Beach, Kaimana Beach will specialise in Asian and Polynesian cuisine. The dining destination will offer fusion food, creative cocktails and beachside views.

Kaimana is of Hawaiian origin: kai means sea and mana means power. In Polynesian culture, kaimana means spirit of the ocean, and the powerful essence of the sea. The name is fitting, given Kaimana Beach Club’s location and serene sea views of the Arabian Gulf.

The Kaimana Beach renders showcase a vibrant venue. The jungle chic design includes potted plants, green banquettes and a mix of stone as well as wooden tables. Great for groups, there are long tables and sofas. The curved bar is a sleek spot for drinks and gives visitors the chance to watch the mixologists work their magic.

Bâoli is making its way from Cannes to Dubai. The venue offers modern Japanese cuisine and is a celebrity favourite. St. Tropez’s Gigi Rigolatto is making its Dubai debut. The new beach club will boast two terraces, an indoor restaurant, a Bellini bar, a garden, a kids’ circus and a wellness area. Sirene Beach by Gaia comes courtesy of Chef Izu and his UAE homegrown brand Gaia and is rumoured to be the world’s largest beach club.
