Hyatt to make Neom debut with two properties

Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina will open in 2027.

Saudi Arabia’s Neom is constantly making headlines. With every passing week, something new is in the works and this time hospitality giant Hyatt has announced grand plans to debut in the region.

Hyatt has revealed plans for two hotels in Neom: Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina. These luxury hotels — set to welcome guests in 2027 — will be located within the Jaumur district of Neom, along the Gulf of Aqaba coastline.

First up is Park Hyatt Jaumur. This hotel has been designed to offer calmness. With 125 rooms and suites, you can expect a haven of relaxation that also serves as a gateway to some of the best activities Jaumur has to offer.

On the other hand, Andaz Jaumur Marina is set to offer a different kind of luxury, one that celebrates creativity and individuality. With 225 modern rooms and suites, this hotel will capture the spirit of Jaumur. Art and innovation will be at the heart of the Andaz experience, making it the ideal destination for those who seek more than just a place to stay.

Apart from the luxury accommodations, the hotels’ location in Jaumur promises a blend of land and sea which means there are also tons of activities in store for you. You can explore hiking, cycling and water sports while you’re here. And if you’re into more of a zen escape, then the beautiful waters and sandy shores are sure to make you feel one with nature.

These two Hyatt properties are not the only ones that will welcome guests soon to Neom. This futuristic city of Saudi Arabia is also set to open doors to Raffles Trojena, Four Seasons Neom, Zannier Zardun, Habitas Home of Wellness, and The Ritz-Carlton Reserve NEOM, to name a few.
