Party with Will.i.am at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences this October

Do you want to party in the sky? This October you can dance above the clouds with Will.i.am in Dubai at Privilege nightclub on the 75th floor of SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences. The show forms part of the hotel’s annual Taste of SLS celebrations.

Born William James Adams Jr, Will.i.am is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, and entrepreneur. He rose to fame as a founding member of the hip-hop group The Black Eyed Peas, who have won multiple Grammy Awards and sold over 75 million records worldwide. Will.i.am is also known for his solo career, with hits such as I Got It From My Mama, Scream & Shout and #thatPOWER. He has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj.

But before the Will.i.am in Dubai show, guests will embark on a culinary journey around the hotel. Taste of SLS begins at the SLS Terminal in EllaMia on the ground floor, where a DJ will set the mood. Upon ascending to the 71st floor and entering the Sky Lobby, they’ll be transported to the icy landscapes of Antarctica, where you’ll witness a live 120kg bluefin tuna cutting show.

Descending to Europe, visitors will experience the charm of southern Italy at Fi’lia on level 70. Elsewhere, guests will journey to the heart of South America at Smoke & Mirrors on level 74. Here, the rhythms of salsa and freshly rolled cigars will evoke the spirit of the continent. On the same floor, guests will embark on an Arabian Night adventure, where the mesmerising rhythms of belly dancers and a live DJ, accompany rich Arabic delicacies.

The night will culminate at Privilege on the 75th floor, transformed into a dazzling LED-lit paradise with palm trees and the glitz and glamour of Miami. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Dubai’s skyline, will.i.am will take to the stage after midnight for an unforgettable finale. Standing 325 metres in the sky, Privilege is one of the highest nightclubs in the world and holds the Guinness World Record for the highest overflow swimming pool in the world.

Will.i.am in Dubai forms part of Taste of SLS happening on Friday, 4 October. AED 300 (soft beverages), AED 499 (house beverages), AED 699 (premium beverages) and AED 3,000 (all venues with a VIP table at Privilege Club, a one-night stay, and breakfast the morning after).
